If you know me, you know I'm all about empowering leaders and business owners to connect more deeply with their teams. Well, get ready, because I've joined forces with a true master of human communication - Chris Voss!

You may recognize Chris from his famous book, "Never Split the Difference," and his Masterclass, "Chris Voss Teaches the Art of Negotiation". This former FBI hostage negotiation trainer literally wrote the book on negotiating as a strategic tool for life. His insights have me totally jazzed to co-author "Empathetic Leadership" with him.

Why am I so pumped? Because empathy is the secret sauce for motivating people and getting buy-in, whether you're making a deal or leading a team. Chris's tactics for building rapport and trust are game-changing.
